10 Activities for the Seated Employee

1. Use a medicine ball instead of a chair
2. Plan your meals

4. Don't keep vending machine money at your desk
5. Leg Extensions
6. Using a rehab band, perform adduction and adduction exercises
7. Squeeze a stress ball
8. Take walks throughout the day

30 minute "Do It Yourself" Exercise:

Warm-up: (30 seconds per warmup)
Jumping Jacks
High Knees
Runners Arms
Round: (30 seconds per workout)
Sumo Squats
Line Jumps
Standing Knee Tucks
Walking Lateral Plank
Push-ups
Mountain Climbers
Glute Extensions
Bicycle Crunches
Repeat round 4 times! Take a minute break after each round.
